Webinar Registration & Joining Your Webinar

Q: I registered for a webinar, how do I join?

A: You will receive a confirmation email with a magic link after you register. Click that link to join the webinar. If you're inviting friends, send them the registration page — your magic link is unique to you.

Q: I can’t find my magic link!

A: Check your spam/junk folder or search your inbox using the webinar name. If you still can’t find it, go back to the registration page, register again if needed, and add the event to your calendar using the “Add to Calendar” button.

Q: Can I leave and join back the event/session?

A: Absolutely. You can use your original magic link at any time to rejoin the session. Look for it in your confirmation email or calendar invite.

Q: What browser should I use when I join Future B2B Webinars?

A: Google Chrome is best, followed by Microsoft Edge. Most browsers work, but these two provide the best experience.

Webinar Experience & Troubleshooting

Q: My video/audio appears to be lagging, what should I do?

A: Start with a browser refresh. If the issue continues, use the “lite mode” toggle in the bottom right below the speaker video.

Q: What happens if I have a VPN, Firewall, or network issue?

A: Try turning off your VPN. If that's not possible, the lite mode toggle may help improve performance. Still stuck? Check out our VPN support article: [Click to read more]

Q: I can't see the slides very well. Can I make them bigger?

A: Yes! You can zoom in using your browser settings or switch to FullScreen mode via the icon in the bottom right of your screen.

Webinar Questions & Chat

Q: How do I ask the speaker a question?

A: Use the Q&A tab on the right side of your console to send questions directly to the speakers and their team. We will do our best to get answers back during the live event (verbally or via text response), but don't worry if you don't get an answer back during the live webinar, you will get a follow up email!

Q: I asked a question but I don’t see it in the Q&A. Did it go through?

A: Yes! Questions are submitted privately but our team and our speakers see them as they arrive. So keep those insightful questions coming!

Q: Why can't I chat with other attendees?

A: The chat feature may not be enabled for this event. If it's off, feel free to interact via the Q&A, we're listening!

Webinar Prizes

Q: How do I win a prize?

A: If you're present during the live webinar and meet the eligibility rules, you’re automatically entered in the drawing. Full terms & conditions can be found here: Prize Terms and Conditions.

Q: Can you read the list of prize winners?

A: Our moderators will read winners' names during the event (especially at the end). If you miss it, don’t worry, all winners will also be notified by email.

After the Webinar

Q: Will the recordings be made available after the event?

A: Yes! Recordings will be posted within 24–48 hours at the original event link or at events.futureb2b.com. You’ll also receive an email when it’s ready.

Q: Can I get the slide deck from this presentation?

A: If the speaker chooses to share it, you’ll find the slide deck in the DOCS tab or in the follow-up email. You can also ask the speaker directly via the Q&A tab.
