Webinar Registration & Access

Q: I registered for this webinar. How do I join?

A: Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique access link. Simply click the link to join the webinar. Please note that your access link is exclusive to you; if you wish to invite colleagues or friends, kindly direct them to the registration page.

Q: I cannot locate my access link. What should I do?

A: First, check your spam or junk folder, or search your inbox using the webinar title. If you are still unable to locate your link, return to the registration page and re-register if necessary. We also recommend using the “Add to Calendar” feature during registration to ensure easy access.

Q: May I leave the webinar and rejoin later?

A: Absolutely! You may use your original confirmation link at any time to re-enter the webinar. The link will also be included in your calendar invite, if you added the event.

Q: Which browser provides the best experience for Future B2B webinars?

A: We recommend Google Chrome for optimal performance, followed by Microsoft Edge. While most modern browsers are supported, these provide the most consistent experience.

Webinar Experience & Troubleshooting

Q: My video or audio seems to be lagging. What should I do?

A: Begin by refreshing your browser. If the issue persists, enable “Lite Mode” using the toggle located beneath the speaker video.

Q: What if I am using a VPN, firewall, or restricted network?

A: Disabling your VPN may resolve performance issues. If this is not possible, “Lite Mode” may help improve stability. Additional guidance is available in our [VPN Support Article]. 

Q: The slides are difficult to read. Can I enlarge them?

A: Yes. You may zoom in through your browser settings or switch to full screen mode using the icon located in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

Webinar Questions & Audience Engagement

Q: How do I submit a question to the speakers?

A: Use the Q&A tab on the right side of your console to send questions directly to the speakers and their team.

Q: I submitted a question, but I do not see it listed. Did it go through?

A: Yes! Questions are submitted privately but our team and our speakers see them as they arrive.

Webinar Prizes

Q: How do I win a prize?

A: If you're present during the live webinar and meet the eligibility rules, you’re automatically entered in the draw. Full terms & conditions can be found here: Prize Terms and Conditions. 

Please note: Not all webinars include prize giveaways.

Q: Are the prize winner(s) announced during the webinar?

A: Our moderators will read the winner(s) names during the event (typically at the end). If you miss it, don’t worry — all winners will also be notified by email. 

After the Webinar

Q: Will a recording of the webinar be available?

A: Yes! Recordings will be posted within 48 hours at the original event link and emailed in a follow-up.

Q: Can I access the presentation slide deck?

A: If the speaker chooses to share it, the slide deck will be available in the DOCS tab. You can also request it directly through the Q&A tab during the session. If no slide deck is provided, don’t worry — you can still revisit the full presentation on-demand after the live event.
